1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the Most Luxurious service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Most Luxurious generates branded social-media content for real-estate listings and schedules it for publication. Availability of specific features depends on your plan.
3. Accounts and billing
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for the accuracy of the listing information you submit. Paid plans renew on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, submit unlawful or infringing content, or attempt to disrupt its operation. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Content ownership
You retain ownership of the listing materials you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process those materials solely to produce and publish content on your behalf.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior twelve months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
